Started with a white card and Stampin Up! Designer Paper in Blue Bayou. I cut the border with the Arch Lattice punch by Martha Stewart. The ornament was cut with a Sizzix die which cuts all the pieces. I cut the hanger and the scalloped circle a second time in silver card stock. The circle is cut from Blue Bayou card stock. The greeting was color printed and punched with the Stampin Up! Word Window punch. The ornament hangs freely from thread wrapped over the top of the background paper and taped to the back. The greeting is placed on the left of the ornament. The punched border is glued to the top of the card and trimmed on both ends.
